Sample Testimonials:

I just wanted to express my gratitude to you for helping me become a non-smoker. After 17 years of smoking, and having stopped once for several months a long time ago, I was convinced I was doomed to a life of slavery to tobacco. Your techniques of combining hypnotherapy and NLP have definitely worked and five months on, I have never once wanted or thought about smoking a cigarette even on social occasions which is when I thought I would be at my weakest. As you are aware I’ve recommended many of my friends and colleagues to you, and they are all still non-smokers.Thank-you once again for your services and I will continue to promote you to anyone I may come across who is desperate to break the habit .
Regards, Simon Nash of Oxhey

Hypnosis Success, Secrets or 3 Costly Mistakes To Avoid When Choosing A Hypnotherapist

I understand that it’s important for you to be comfortable when choosing a hypnotherapist and that they are the right person for you. I’ve therefore written a few words in order to help you avoid making costly mistakes when choosing a hypnotherapist, give you some information that will enable you to get the best from a hypnosis session.and help you decide whether my approach is the right one for you.

First of all, it’s true to say that hypnosis can be a very powerful way to help you stop smoking, to lose weight and help solve many other problems However it’s important to know what to look for when choosing a hypnotherapist and even more important to know what to avoid. So I have listed the three most costly mistakes people make when choosing a hypnotherapist:

Mistake number 1: is thinking that all hypnotherapists are the same when in fact the individual ability of hypnotherapists varies greatly. Whilst it is a situation that the profession is currently addressing, it’s important to understand that not all hypnotherapists are qualified, registered, or even insured. In fact, it is not against the law to practice hypnotherapy in the UK, even if you have had no training at all. So it’s very important to ask a hypnotherapist what their qualifications are, how long their training was, how long they have been in practice and what professional bodies they are registered with. It can also be helpful to ask a hypnotherapist what experience they have with the particular problem you are seeking help for.

Mistake number 2 is the false belief that it takes lots of sessions to correct a problem with hypnotherapy. The fact is an experienced hypnotherapist can help you correct even long-standing problems in as little as just one session. This is why it’s important not to choose a hypnotherapist just on price because a cheap Hypnotherapist, in the long run, may cost you a lot more and you won’t be happy as quickly. Like most things you tend to get what you pay for in the hypnotherapy profession and a low price often indicates either a lack of confidence or a lack of experience neither of which are useful qualities for getting fast effective results. A good hypnotherapist will usually have spent a long time, and a lot of money on their training and will, therefore, value themselves and their services accordingly.

Mistake Number 3 is thinking you know what hypnosis is. People often have a lot of fears or misconceptions about what hypnosis is. Misconceptions and fears which if not addressed could delay or even prevent their success. Because the most important consideration for someone going to a hypnotherapist is how to get the most out of their sessions I always take the time to explain to my clients exactly what to expect, what their role is in the session but most importantly how to maximise the benefit they’ll get from the session.
